Moray Peruvian Cuisine

At Moray Restaurant, we are dedicated to bringing you the finest fusion cuisine—crafted to surprise your palate and celebrate one of the world’s most renowned culinary traditions. We strive to deliver exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience, complemented by a curated selection of Peruvian fusion dishes.

Named after the terraces of Moray

Our name and our emblem come from Moray, the circular Inca terraces of the Sacred Valley where Andean farmers studied how crops behave at different altitudes. That spirit of experimentation guides our kitchen: we take the ingredients of the Andes and cook them with contemporary technique.

An Andean fusion restaurant in Cusco

On our menu you will find alpaca cured with Maras salt, river-trout Ceviche de Altura, slow-cooked cuy confit, a creamy ají de gallina and our take on lomo saltado, plus a complete vegetarian section. Every dish starts with local products: native potatoes, quinoa, huacatay, aguaymanto and fresh produce from the Sacred Valley.

Behind each plate is a young team of Cusco cooks — you can meet our chefs here.
